The Permea laser is specifically designed to target the superficial layers of the skin, helping to improve skin tone and texture and reducing the appearance of pores.

The Clear + Brilliant and Permea laser treatment uses fractional laser technology to create microscopic holes in the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. This helps to improve the skin's texture and tone, while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The Permea laser treatment uses a lower energy setting to target the superficial layers of the skin, which helps to improve skin tone and reduce the appearance of pores.

During a Clear & Brilliant and Permea laser treatment, a numbing cream may be applied to the skin to help minimize discomfort. The laser handpiece is then passed over the skin, delivering energy into the skin to create the desired level of fractional resurfacing. Most people describe the treatment as feeling like a series of small pinpricks, with some mild heat or discomfort.

There is typically some redness and swelling in the treated area immediately following a Clear & Brilliant and Permea laser treatment, but this usually resolves within a few hours to a few days. Most people are able to return to work and other normal activities immediately after the treatment. Results can typically be seen after just one treatment, with optimal results achieved after a series of 3-6 treatments spaced about a month apart.
